greatest hits of 2016
As we are approaching 2017, I love to look back at my year in review before jumping into the next to see what went well, what didn't, what I accomplished, what I didn't, what were my favorite adventures, what were my lows, etc. Looking back at my year - both the ups and downs of it - is something that always helps me set goals for myself thin the new year. By taking the time to truly think about what's going on in your world and how it all had an affect on you, who you have become, and who you are becoming helps you to get to know yourself and what you stand for better. I will say that year has been the best year yet in my life. I say that nearly every year, but next year will have a really tough time topping this one because of #1 below. I have so much to be thankful for this year. Below are my greatest hits of 2016:
1. MARRIAGE
Marriage has truly been the best gift of not only 2016, but all time! I feel very grateful to have such a handsome, funny, goofy, smart, kind, and patient husband who loves and supports me in everything and anything. We are both so appreciative of all of the support that our friends and family gave us this year. We had the absolute best time at our wedding and are so excited to see what's in store for us now that we are the Peters family!

2. PLANNING THE WEDDING
Although becoming husband and wife by far stole the show, I LOVED everything about the wedding planning process. It was so fun to see all the choices and personalize the wedding to be just our style with little sparks of what makes us "us"! It was also so fun working so closely with my parents on a big project like that! We had a fun year of planning. Picking out the florals was by far my favorite appointment!

4. HIKING MT. LASSEN
