avocado ice cream

Are you obsessed with avocados like me? If so, keep reading! I love to have something sweet occasionally after dinner, but have been really focused on eating healthy, so this is a great non-processed, natural substitute. In fact, it's dairy free, gluten free, egg free, nut free, and paleo. Avocado, a superfood, is the main ingredient, so there's a ton of health benefits from this recipe including being a great source of healthy fat and carotenoids, providing a good source of anti-inflammation for our bodies. The best part about this recipe is that it literally takes 3 minutes max to prepare, then you freeze it for about 2 hours at a minimum for it to fully harden. Serves 2-4


  • 2 avocados

  • 1/4 cup of raw honey

  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice

  • 1 pinch sea salt


Cut open the avocados and remove the pitt. Then, put all the ingredients in a blender if you have one. Transfer to a container or bowl and freeze for 2 hours+! Enjoy!

If you don't have a blender, you can just mash up the avocado first then stir everything together.
