I've been thinking a lot about essential oils lately as recently I've been hearing them come up in conversations with freinds more and more. I recently purchased the Deep Blue Rub from doTERRA essential oils for my back pain. It's in the form of a lotion, and works similar to Tylenol, Icy Hot or Bengay, but is much better for you as it's a natural remedy to relieve pain. It works as a replacement to products I typically would use, but it lasts much longer than 4-5 hours like the other products. The Deep Blue Rub does not divert attention from the actual pain by blocking the pain signals being sent to the brain like Icy Hot and Bengay do. It also does not affect your liver like Tylenol or Ibuprofen. So far I really like it, and apply it before I go to work and before bed on days my back is sore. It works instantly.
