Food, to me, is such an important way to explore cities & learn about other cultures. I LOVE to cook at home as well, and my goal is to help my readers have some fun exploring new places and find a healthy balance between enjoying eating out & cooking healthy at home. Meals are always weaved into my itineraries for travel across Australia, San Francisco and the rest of the globe. I think it's such a great way to understand culture as food is a universal language and always a way to bring people together.
